I’m an experienced Digital Product Strategist within Booz Allen’s health practice, supporting key Health & Human Services clients and missions. I orchestrate digital transformation for Federal clients by promoting Agile product development lifecycle best practices. I have overseen several high-profile HHS initiatives, including public facing portals to bolster the Affordable Care Act rollout, and to lead the fight against the Covid 19 pandemic.
I lead stakeholder outreach and analysis and manage clients’ business needs via intake and ideation around prioritized product backlogs. I conduct product strategy and planning by leading feasibility assessments that align with the product vision and comports with the product roadmap. I am adept at coordinating amongst client product owners and cross-functional teams of digital product managers, DevSecOps engineers, software developers, content strategists, customer experience analysts, analytics analysts, and program/project managers to deliver best-of-breed digital services to staff, citizens, and researchers, to drive innovation and deliver high business value, mission-compliant solutions.
